cd emulator gives blue screen

I tried to install a virtual cd program and now I cant start xp. On the start up screen i get this blue scrren erro
0x0000007e(0x0000005, 0xf5237ad9, 0xf9d497co, 0xf9d494c0) I get the same with safe-mode and last good config
Any help greatly appreciated.
