cd/dvd drive not recognising new disk

Hi,

If I install a cd/dvd on my computer I explore it and the files appear. If I
chande the disk the same files still appear. Can anyone help please??? Win
XP sp2 Home

You need to click on Refresh from Windows Explorer (View, Refresh) or by
right-click on drive, properties, Refresh.
