cd drivers

Just installed xp after deinstalling ME.. I added new
Roxio cd creator and removed old cd Creator.. Now, on
statup I get message that win. can become unstable due to
files cdralw2k.sys and cdr4_2k.sys.. Tried removing them
and cd won't work. Put them back and all works well
except for unstable message. Any sugestions? Thanks Tony
