Any ideasRight clicking on any file brings up a menu that includes "send to"
My CD drive (E) has disappeard from that list.. all other drives/media card
slots are still there.

Send To CD drive will only "work" if you have a CD-RW or a DVD-/+RW type drive.

Yes, i have a DVD+RW drive.. the drive used to appear in the "send to" list
but has, for some reason, gone. I have ensured that the Record tab is checked
in properties for this drive. I can actually write to it using other programs
but I do not understand why it has gone from this list.

If I drag and drop to a second "my computer" window, I get the "balloon"
saying I have files to be written, but when I try to write them, nothing
happens.
