CD drive is not accessible by certain users in windows xp

I have 3 user accounts set up on a single pc using Windows XP. All the users
are set up as computer administrators. However, only the original user
account can access the cd drive. When I try to access from one of the other
users I get the following message:

I:\ is not accessible. Access denied.

What do I need to do to allow other users to access the cd rom drive.
