cd drive dissapeared

My cd drive has suddenly disapeared when I look in device manager the cd
drive has a yellow exclamation mark and says "A driver (service) for this
device has been disabled." How do I re-enable it I tried uninstalling it and
restarting windows but get the same result Thanks
