CD burner not found

I have downloaded music from Wal-Mart and want to burn it
to a CD. Problem is my CD burner (nor DVD burner) do not
show up on the right side of the Burn to CD pane. I can
click on Tools / Options / Devices and there they are but
the right side pane continues to show 'No Devices Found'.
I am using Windows Media Player 9. Anyone seen this
before or know how to fix it?

I too encountered this go to device manager delete the cde burner reboot and it should re-install the burner then your computer should see it. I even bought a new burner thinking it died but did what I said and now all is well.
