Hi, I followed the instructions in regards to Symantec to help with the
ccApp not ending when shuting off my computer. I thought I had it
covered until I shut off my computer this afternoon and I had the same
problem. I unchecked the floppy drive under NAV, had no files in my CD
copier, and have downloaded all NAV updates. Does anyone have any other
ideas?
Thanks.

I would suggest running a disk cleanup, checkdisk, and defrag:

Afterward, install the following:

Hi Carey,

I just tried what you suggested. when i got to the check disc i tried
it under windows and it said that it could not be completed. not
because of any specific error, as in leaving something open, just said
could not be completed. i then tried it in command format. i typed
chkdsk and then enter. it said errors were found and it could not
continue in read-only mode. i then typed chkdsk volume:/r and it said
the drive, path, or file name is not valid. i tried chkdsk volume:/f
and got the same response. Is this serious? Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks| --
