CANNOT SWITCH BETWEEN USERS ON XP!!

hey out there...hoping someone can help me! I have windows XP HOme Edition
and I am unable to switch back and forth between my account and my wife's.
Also, it won't let me log off when either of us are on our respective
accounts. I'm having to shut down my laptop manually if I want to switch
between users.

Also, when trying to switch between users or trying ti shut down the
computers a grey box shows up saying "ending program and the file ccAPP"

How do I fix this?!?

Okay mate, dont worry about CaPP I get it aswell sometimes, usually whe
im running out of resources its just Symantec Common Clien.

Switching users, go to contol pannel,user accounts, user accounts
change the way users log on and off, use the welcome screen&Use fas
user switching.

Ok, this is not so much a reply as a question. We set up a lab of computers
yesterday -- XP Pro -- All set up with a user and an administrator ID. On
some of the comptuers, we can no longer see the admin ID from control panel
and don't have the option to switch users. The id is there and visible from
the change how users ... area. However, since the user id is limited, we
cannot change the way the administrator accesses. Any ideas?????
