I am running on a W2K machine and have been having a few quirky things
going on and can't figure out what is happening.
I am running Eudora which works great for about a couple of hours, and
then it won't be able to connect to my ISP anymore. I get an "unable to
connect" or "connection refused" message. Even if I restart the
program, it still doesn't work. When I restart the computer it works fine.
I have been tracking my services and memory to see if I can see anything
that stands out. The only thing I can see that stands out, is that
ccApp.exe keeps using more memory. When I start up the machine, the
amount of memory it is using is about 8.5MB. After a couple of hours,
it is up to over 15MB.
Why is this? Could this be causing me a problem. Nothing else is
running and the same services that were in the Task Manager are still in
the Task Manager - except that more memory is being gobbled up by ccApp.
Thanks,
Tom.
