ccApp box appears during shutdown

R

Richard Fangnail

When shutting down XP, I sometimes get an old-fashioned Windows dialog
box saying something about ccApp, and then it shuts down.

I found some older threads saying it has to do with Norton AV. Why
would it happen occasionally and not all the time?
