case of the disappearing folders

I had a number of folders in Webmail that have just disappeared..one of them
contains an important e-ticket. Where can I go find the missing folders
(I've checked Recycle Bin- not there.), as 'find' only looks for messages
and hasn't helped when I've tried that.

"Webmail"? This newsgroup is for the Windows Mail email program.
