Folders Menu Disappeared

I was in the middle of replying back to a message when another screen popped
up on my dual monitors. While Windows Mail was open, somehow my mouse went
from that program to the webpage that opened up. Now, my folders menu on the
left side as disappeared. I've looked through all of the settings and i can't
find out how to put it back. I know I can click on View, Go to Folder... and
choose whichever one I want. But that's not what I'm looking it.

Any help?

View menu>Layout>folder list.

View, Layout, make sure "Folder List" is checked.
