Please, give it to me straight and simple:

I want to capture video (MM2) for burning (using MyDVD sonic)...

1) What is the best setting for capturing....
2) What is the best setting for saving for burning...

I originally caputred this in "For computer" but now I am worried the
quality will suffer... Is the quality difference much different. I
have the movies already made, should I just save it at something
suggested and hope for the best?

I am all ears on this one...
THANK YOU,
Jim

Most cannot tell the difference between movie burned with Sonic that starts
from AVI or from WMV 2.1Mbps setting.

The AVI setting takes 13GB for an hour, the WMV 2.1Mbps setting takes 1GB.

I keep all my tapes at 2.1 on my PC so I can grab clips from them any time I
like to use in any movie I make. Makes a nice source library to have all my
home video on my PC.
