Problem burning DVD

Guest

Hello,
I am a beginner and have captured my first video from my camera using
MovieMaker. I have edited it and saved the movie as high quality video. I
want to burn it onto CD using MyDVD. When I select the movie my computer
tries to configure Sonic MyDVD and I get an error message "Another
application has exclusive access to the file c:\program
files\Sonic\MyDVD\sonic log"
Any ideas? and apologies if I am missing something obvious!

=================

I copy / pasted the following info from a
support document at the Sonic Support site:

=====

Symptom

When trying to import video or capture, the error message
"Another application has exclusive acces to the file 'C:\Program
Files\Sonic\MYDVD\sonic.log' Please shut down all other applications, then
click retry" pops up.

Solution
This error generally can be fixed by performing a clean install
of the Sonic software.

Other users have corrected this issue by renaming the sonic.log
something like "soniclog.old" and having MyDVD create a new file. A Windows
Search should be able to locate the file.
