CANT WRITE EMAIL WITH INTERNET EXPLORER

FOR SOME REASON I CANT WRITE EMAIL WHILE USING INTERNET
EXPLORER. IF I USE MY AOL BROWSER IT WORKS FINE. IN IE
THE CURSOR WONT APPEAR IN THE TEXT AREA OF THE NEW EMAIL.

ANY SUGGESTIONS.

Is it a browser-based email client you are using & if so, who hosts it? e.g. hotmail
