Can't view some attachments

I cannot view some attachments that are included in my e-mails. I get a
pop-up screen that states my 30 day free trial of paint shop has expired and
it will not let me view the attachment. I don't want to subscribe to paint
pro. How can I by-pass this?
 
you either have to uninstall paint shop pro, or change the program defaults
from any FOLDER by clicking Tools, Folder options, File Types tab. Scroll
till you find the extension your trying to open, then change to a different
program to open that yoe of file.
