Can't type on existing document

When I double click an existing excel document to open
it, I am unable to type into cells. If I open a new
excel file and then open the same document with file and
open, I am able to work with the document. This only
happens on one computer within the company and this
computer has MS-money loaded.

Any suggestions?

No. It just will not let me type in the cells. If I use
ms-money to insert a stock quote, it works again.
