Excel Excel IF variable based on time of day

I have a cell in an MS excel document in which I want an IF function that will cause it to automatically change to read "Alpha" or "Charlie" depending on the actual time of the day that the document is opened. So for example, between the actual hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm, the cell will display "Alpha" but outside of that 12 hour parameter, it will display "Charlie"


Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
