Can't Suspend Dell Latitude C840

Hi!

My Dell Latitude C840 won't suspend. When I try, it just
hangs forever. I have Win2k, SP4.

Anyone have this problem? I would really like to suspend.

Hibernate (not that I know the diff) has the same problem.

Boot into the bios and see if it has any settings for APM (advanced power
management) or ACPI. If not, call Dell and verify if the machine can
support such features.
