Open a Command Prompt on one of your problem workstations
(Start / Run / cmd {OK}), then type this command:

net share test="%UserProfile%"

Does the command work? Can you reach this share from
the other machines?

Did you applied any type of Group Policy to deny Filder sharing over
network users?

Is File and Printer sharing is enable on LAN Properties ?

sir, no group policy has been applied, only default settings of Win2k3, not
familiar with group policy setup.

sir, sorry but i can't make the command work.. but anyway sir i tried to
login using the domain administrator account in one of the win2k workstation
and Wow! sharing tab appears i can now share any folder in workstation, but
still the problem is if i login using any user account the file and folder
sharing tab again is unavailbale.. is there in windows 2K3 that by default
roll -out a security group policy that disable the folder sharing in all
common user account?

I am unable to suggest a cure unless I have an idea what
the problem is. The command I gave you would have shed
some light on the issue. Why can't you get it to work? How
far do you get? What happens when you type it?
