Can't send or receive Windows Mail!!!

I have just bought Windows Home Premium and already there is a problem. I
cannot receive or send emails anymore. I have not change any configuration.
They get stuck in Outbox.
I should have listened to the retailer and NOT buy that piece of crap, and
stick to Windows XP.
I hope Microsoft reads these threads and posts ANOTHER PATCH.
I cannot even delete the emails. The system hangs.
I do not want to go ....
Type this....
GoTo....
Reboot
Type this again....
enter this....
goto ...
Reboot and notice that nothing was fixed!!!
Enough of that nonsense.

and I say it again: What a piece of crap!!!

Keep on reading. An answer for that problem is posted here
about a dozen times a day.

You turned a sleek new computer into a pile of cr*p by running
a non-compatible antivirus! To fix your immediate problem:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/941090

To prevent this from happening again, read on:
Windows Mail is not compatible with most McAfee
or Norton security programs. Those will need to be
uninstalled, not just disabled.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download
and install a more compatible antivirus like the free Avast:
http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html

Even compatible antivirus programs will need to have their
email scanning option turned off. For more on this topic see

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090
It also works on other folders.
