Can't send or receive outlook2003

I cannot send or receive in outlook 2003. I tested the accounts and it says
they are fine. Removed all spyware stuff. Just Upgraded to Vista.

Any chance there were some error messages displayed when you tried to send
and receive? If so, would you post them, please?
