Cant send emails with WinMail

Can't send emails with WinMail. It's receiving them fine, the server
definitely has SSL support. On the same Home network, my laptop is sending
and receiving fine. Firewall disabled and problem's still there.
HELP!

Remove the account from Vista and rebuild it with exactly the same settings
as have on your Laptop.

Disable any mail scan options in your anti virus software.
 
Which antivirus are you running on the PC with the problem?

Also, if you get an error message, please post it here.
