cant send email

I can receive but it will not send email.

I get this error msg.

this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of

Do you use OneCare as your antivirus? If so, a recent update to
OneCare may have caused this problem. To fix it, in Windows Mail:
Click on Tools, Options, Security, Digital IDs. Under the Personal tab
you will see a digital ID. Highlight it and click the Remove button.
Restart Windows Mail and try sending.
