Having the exact same problem with ATT. Tried to get help from ATT but they
claim they don't know anything about Windows Mail. Hope someone on the list
can help.

Tell them you have Outlook Express. The settings are the same.
We may be able to help. If you get an error message, right-click
on the error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without that complete error message.
