Can't Send E-Mail

I can receive e-mail with no problems, but I can't seem to send them. I keep
getting an error message. Anything that I need to change in my settings. I
think my problem lies with McAffee, but I'm not sure.

Now you can be sure. Uninstall McAffee and install Avast free. Make sure when installing it you DO NOT select and set the email integration (scanning of incoming and outgoing emails)
