Can't select Yahoo mail as default provider

I don't appear to be able to select Yahoo as my default mail provider. I have
tried inputting up the POP/SMTP settings in the correct boxes etc. but each
time I reply to a mail received from outside of Yahoo my system defaults to
MS Mail.
 
You need to look into a download called YP0PS, that is what I had to use.
