When I click on 'Open | Other users Mailbox' I see a list of users on the
system. However, the user I want (let's say Bill) is not shown.
If I look in ADUC I can see Bill as a user. He has an e-mail address and
appears to be set up as per any other user.
I've also looked at the mailboxes in Exchange Manager and Bill is there with
435 items.
Any ideas as to why I can't see Bill from Outlook?
