Group mailbox server question

I set up a group mailbox for our team with some users on a different mail
server than I am. All users on the same mail server can see the mailbox, but
users on the other mail server aren't able to add it. Is there any way
around this so they can help monitor the group mailbox?

connection options have been made available for these users.
