can't see computers on network

Yehello

We have a 4 PC lan and are all members of WORKGROUP.
However I cannot see any of the other PC's in Explorer. I
can ping all PC's and can share files using ICQ and MSN
between any of us at normal network speed. Our internet
runs through one PC and is shared to all others and works
fine.
 
Make sure all useraccounts exist on all computers if they are W2K or XP.
File- and Printersharing and Client for Microsoft Networks installed?
Using static TCP/IP or do you have a DHCP-server?

Where or what is this DHCP-server?
What does a IPCONFIG /All from the workstations give?
