Can't save as .jpg anymore in MS Paint!

I have been using W2K Pro MS Paint to edit the sizes of my digital photographs
and then saving the edited file as a .jpg file. Since loading service pack 4
this selection to save as a .jpg file is no longer available in Paint! I am
totally bummed as this used to be a really easy procedure to "scale down" the
size of a .jpg file to a reasonable size to send as a e-mail attachment.
Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Do you have MS Office or MS Word installed? If so, run the setup again and look
for Graphic Filters and install them.
