Can't reset home page!!

Hi! I must have clicked on a bad web site because now
each time I start Explorer, it goes to a search engine.
When I try to reset my home page, the option to do so is
greyed out. Tools...internet options...homepage. The
use current, use default and use blank are all grey. The
address window is also grey. How do I get around this. I
tried to download Explorer 6.1 but it didn't change.
