Can't Remove Cookies ??

J

Hi folks,

There are three files in my cookie directory that can not be deleted.

The files are as follows:

File 1. rapiBridge.js?v=3.0_1

File 2. playmessenger

File 3. rapiCallURL.js?v=3.0_1

These files can not be renamed or moved. They don't appear when I
enter them into "Search".

Ad-Aware and Nortons anti-Virus don't pick them up.

Can anyone here be so kind as to tell me what these files might be, and
how I can remove them ?

Full descriptions of the files are below.

Thanks Heeps.

Best wishes

j & c

Those appear to be JavaScript files. Start > Settings > Control Panel >
Switch to Classic View > Java applet > Delete the temp files.

There is no java applet icon in the control panel. I'm running XP Pro.

Even in classic view? That'd mean you probably don't have Java installed.
Makes me wonder... Anyhow, open IE, click tools, click options, delete temp
files, make sure that you tick the box to delete offline content? Does that
make 'em disappear?
