Delete Cookies and History does not help...NOT A SPYWARE ISSUE

Hi

I have some web addresses that will not come off my internet explore page. I have deleted the history, deleted the files, cleared the cookies, and the sites remain. I know this is not spyware, as one of the sites I can not get rid of was one of my own that I created using another computer. For some reason, this site (4 of them, actually) will not get off of my address bar. That is, when I am in IE and I type the first letter of the name of the web site, the full name and address appears. For example, the first letter of the page is T, and when I enter W in my IE address bar or even my File addres bar (when not in IE) the page appears as "http://www.T...". I have cleared everything that I know how, including recent documents. After doing more then 30 different searches for this web address, the hard drive search continues to come up with nothing. However, when I start entering the first letter of this address, the entire address continues to appear. Where is this pulling this history from? Why when I have cleared out all of my IE history, cookies, internet on&off line files, and start menu history is this address not going away? It is like it is looked permantly into my system

Thanks
