Can't reconnect profile if removed

I have Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2007 clients (I have some Outlook 2003
clients who don't experience this). If I take a client who's connected and
everything seems to be fine, then remove his profile, then try to reconnect,
I get this error:

"The action cannot be completed. The connection to Microsoft Exchange is
unavailale. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."

Weird thing is that I can go to any other workstation, log in as that user,
and set up Outlook just fine. It's just if the user was already connected.

We discovered this by accident while trying to add additional profiles to
existing users and were unable. We tried removing the current (only) profile
and found that we couldn't reconnect on that workstation under that user.

Any ideas here?

Thanks!
Mark

Okay, this is fixed now...
Last night I performed an after-hours reboot of my Exchange server and this
morning when I came in, all was well. Go figure...

Thanks!
