Can't receive GoDaddy email via Outlook, setup won't work

Hello, I have had all of my email accounts setup to send and receive via
Outlook. I have checked and double checked the settings for my GoDaddy email
via Outlook and it will not work -- it asks for user name and password even
though I've included those and they are correct. GoDaddy technical suppose
says maybe there is a firewall that is stopping the process. Help?
 
If you are running internet security, anti virus, etc. try turing all of
those off, then see if it works "clean". Also, verify whether the server
requires authentication or not.
