Error in configuring Outlook with new email account

I just got a godaddy email account and had them help me configure it with
Outlook. I was using Yahoo before godaddy. After configuring Outlook with
godaddy, my Outlook stopped working. When I ran a test, I got errors
connecdting to both incoming and outgoing servers. So I removed godaddy and
now yahoo doesn't work either. I have Norton for security and I keep getting
a pop-up about a firewall.

Check the firewall to allow Outlook inbound and outbound access.
