Can't reach Westell router setup page

After resetting the Westell Versalink router and reinstalling the Verizon DSL
software, I can't reach the router setup page. I can reach every other
internet site, although either XP or the Verizon software installed a
"dialup" type connection called Verizon Wireless in my Network Connections
window that is connecting at DSL speed (1500 KBits/sec) through my router via
the ethernet cable. If I delete that connection I can't reach the internet.
There is a stall of several minutes when I start the computer while some
bridge-related process and Verizon.exe process (both installed by Verizon)
try to do something. I cannot connect at all if I log in to my computer as
some other user or if I try to use my second computer (also connected to the
router via ethernet). Everything was working properly, without the "dialup"
type connection last week.

This sounds like a PPPoE setup. Try posting "ipconfig /all" here, per these
instructions.

If you have a "dialup" connection showing, the router is probably in bridged
mode. Do you have Windows Firewall or a third party product installed? If not,
do so immediately.
