Cant print

Hi,
I've been sent a ppt file but when I try to print it I
get "powerpoint found an error that it cant correct. You
should save the presentation, exit and restart" Tried
doing this, and nothing. Looked on knowledge base and
then following these instructions checked the win.ini
file. That was fine and it still wont print. Any ideas?
