Can't print .tif files

I'm having trouble printing .tif files.
I have a windows2000 pro sp2 Pc with a hp dj960c printer.
I'm using a pgm called 'imaging' to open/view the files.
I can view them fine, but when I click print them I get
blank pages.
I have already updated the printer drivers and that didn't
help.

I've tried the same tif files on a another win2000 Pc and
they print fine using the same IMAGING pgm.

I can have the user print anything else but won't
print .tif big or small on the tif
Any ideas

Reinstall the imaging program. It sounds like the .tif plug-in, converter,
or module is missing or unusable. If that doesn't help, you may have a
problem with the printer driver. Look for an update on the mfrs website.
