can't play games

Why can't i play games on gamesville.com? It tells me i
need to down load Java something, but when i do it said
that a error has happened and it can't finish
downloading? So can you help me? Thank you

Hi Brigitte,

Make sure you're using an Administrator's account when you install Java,
and disable your antivirus/firewall programs during the installation process.
