Can't Open Link In New Window

IE6, WinXP Home. Having trouble with Internet Explorer. Everytime I right
click on a link and select "Open Link In New Window", a new window opens up
but nothing is displayed. The troubled window just sits there acting like it
is trying to connect but never does. I have to close the window. This
problem also occurs when I left click on a link that is programmed to open
up in its own window.

I tried to post this problem on the IE help board but this problem prevents
me. Everytime I select "New Post" a new window attempts to open up but will
not display anything.

Any help would be great!
