Can't open folder properties in explorer

G

Guest

Can someone help me, When I right click on a folder in Windows Explorer, then
left click, it doesn't show the properties anymore, i.e., file, date created,
etc. If I open the folder, I can view all the properties, but not when it's
closed. It isn't showing the + sign anymore with a filled folder.

Thanks,

Sue

Sue,

Are you running Windows XP Professional, with IIS installed? If so, read

Also, see "W3ext Module" paragraph in this page:
