Can't open file attachements in one account!

Ok so Vista and Office 2003, I have 4 accounts on this computer that all
connect to the same email account in Windows Mail. Everything was fine but
now when I log onto one of the Windows accounts and go to Windows Mail I
can't download or view attachements.

When I try to download them it says I don't have enough disk space (90Gigs
free) and the .pps icons aren't even the same as they are when I open that
same email account with the other Windows accounts.

Seems to be some sort of file association mix up or something. but I cant
even download them which is weird?

I hope I didn't make this too complicated and I hope to hear from someone
soon!

Yeah and I forgot to mention that the attachments aren't greyed out, I can
click on them but when I do nothing happens

I can't figure out from your statement whether the attachment is or
is not downloaded. Can you save the attachment? If so, can you
open that saved file outside of Windows Mail?
Which attachment types do you have problems with besides .PPS?

All file attachments... they are not downloaded and when I try to click one
nothing happens. If I try to hit the save file thing it says not enough room.
That is for only one of the accounts on my computer but all the other
accounts have no issues opening or downloading the file attachments (.pps,
..doc, etc.) in that same email account. The account having the problem is 1
of 2 adminastrator accounts on the computer.

The file attachments aren't greyed out, as they would be if I had not
enabled them in the options.

Your symptoms do not suggest a failure to download the attachment,
only a failure to recognize the attachment.

First, make sure you have enabled attachments: Tools, Options,
Security, uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."

If that was already unchecked, the next most likely culprit is your
antivirus program. Which one do you have? Some of them are
not very compatible with Windows Mail.
