can't open e-mail in outlook express

Hello,
I can see incoming e-mail in Inbox but it doesnot appear in Preview pane,
neither can I open it by double clicking.
Also Sent Items or drafts Folders I can't open the messages . What's
wrong?

Close OE, then...

Start > Run > Regsvr32 inetcomm.dll > OK
