Cant manually configure server settings in Outlook 07 - ???

Hi All,

My problem is that i cant manually configure server settings in outlook 07 - when i go to click on the tick box, hit next, it comes up but it wont allow me to select any of the options for example POP3 Mailboxes, which i need to run another email account through!

Any thoughts?

Details -

-Running VISTA,
-I have an exchange server account already set up
