cant maintain my home page possible virus?

for some reason everytime i restart my pc my home page changes from google
too some msn messenger site. When i try to open microsoft antispyware beta
or avg the programs automatically close. i down loaded spy bot and i found
something that keeps coming back everytime i purge it. its called:
fakemsn8beta . how do i fix this problem

Startup in the safe mode.

Stop any of these Runnin Processes: fakemsn.exe, fake.exe, editeur.exe

Remove any of these files: #junk-yard.txt, fakemsn.exe, fake.exe, editeur.exe

Then run Spybot, HijackThis, and Ad-Aware again from the safe mode.
