can't login (Windows XP home edition)

Windows starts up fine; however when choosing any of the registered user, the
system starts loading user personal but quickly logs off and returns user
selection window; same behavior whatever user I choose; same behavior when
typing Contro-Alt-Supp.
Basically, nothing I can't do! Please Help.thank you.

Go into safe mode and do a system restore.

got the same problem.
safe mode doesn't help (can't do restore)
after repair installation of the xp it log in and was fine 'but when I
reboot the problem occur again
