Can't Login to Windows XP!!!!

This is weird. My PC definitley had virusus or trojans.
I recently installed McAfee 7.1 on Saturday May 1, to
help delete those pesky rascals. After installation it
successfully id'd about 20 trojans that had infected my
system and my PC ran much faster. However, when I
rebooted it, and windows loaded and got me to the Welcome
Users screen, I clicked on my username as usual and it
appeared to login as normal, when all of a sudden it said
it was loging "OFF" and saving my settings. That was
weird... I rebooted again and again and the same thing
happens, no matter which user I try to login as. I even
wen into SAFE MODE to try and login as Administrator, but
the same thing happens.....I tried to call dell, but was
on hold for more than 30 minues. Am I screwed since I
can't even get into Windows? Is there a backdoor????
